(a) The upper division tuition rate will apply to undergraduate students with a minimum of 59.1 credits, regardless of how earned.
(b) Includes upper division programs in the Abington, Beaver, Delaware, DuBois, Fayette, Hazleton, Lehigh Valley, McKeesport, Mont Alto, New Kensington, Shenango, Wilkes-Barre, Worthington Scranton, and York departments of Business and Science, the Mont Alto Occupational Therapy Program and the following Schuylkill departments/schools: Science/Engineering and Business Administration. Also includes upper division and graduate programs at Abington, Beaver, Delaware, DuBois, Fayette, Hazleton, Lehigh Valley, McKeesport, Mont Alto, New Kensington, Schuylkill, Shenango, Wilkes-Barre, Worthington Scranton, and York in the Smeal College of Business, the College of Engineering, the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, the Eberly College of Science, and the School of Information Sciences and Technology.
