(a) The upper division tuition rate will apply to undergraduate students with a minimum of 59.1 credits, regardless of how earned.

Note: To determine the tuition rate for any student who was admitted Summer 2003 or after and who has achieved more than 59.1 credits, click here or use the tuition calculator. For a student who transferred to Penn State from another college or university in Summer 2003 or after with sufficient credits to be at the Junior or Senior level, the rates on the schedule above apply. Use the tuition calculator to determine the tuition rate for specific programs.
(b) Includes upper division programs in the Abington department of Business, the Commonwealth College department of Science, the Penn State Mont Alto Occupational Therapy Program and the following Schuylkill departments/schools: Science/Engineering and Business Administration. Also includes upper division and graduate programs at Penn State Abington, Penn State Lehigh Valley and the Commonwealth College in the Smeal College of Business Administration, the College of Engineering, the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences, the Eberly College of Science, and the School of Information Sciences and Technolgoy.
